Clinical features

    • Crushing central chest pain >20 mins

    • ST elevation on ECG

    • Dyspnoea

    • Diaphoresis

    • Pallor

    • Nausea

    • Additional heart signs

    • Levine's sign

Pathophysiology

    • Muscle death takes hours-days

Management
