    • Meropenem: Great broad spectrum but use sparingly because of resistance

    • Amphoteracin: antifungal

    • Transient synovitis / Irritable hip

      • Low inflammatory markers

      • Not weight-bearing

    • Neonatal BM <2.6 => Intervention

      • cf Poor neurodevelopment

      • => IV dextrose

      • Can use IM glucagon as adjunct if unresponsive

    • Kids in the UK are very rarely >10% dehydrated

      • >15% => Unconscious

    • Can't feel femorals => Coarctation

      • => Prostaglandins to keep duct open

    • Periventricular leucomalacia => Spastic diplegia type cerebral palsy
