All intrinsic muscles of the hand supplied by ulnar except:
Lateral 2 Lumbricals
Opponens policis
Abductor policis
Flexor policis brevis

which are supplied by the median nerve

Radial nerve runs in the spiral groove under the regimental badge
Then runs under elbow. => saturday night palsy


Joint types?

Clavicle is S-shaped and so fractures occur between the lateral third and the medial two thirds
From anterior, up and over to the back: Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres minor (SSIT)
Teres minor and major do opposite things. Minor laterally lotates; Major internally rotates
