Meropenem: Great broad spectrum but use sparingly because of resistance
Amphoteracin: antifungal
Transient synovitis / Irritable hip
Low inflammatory markers
Not weight-bearing
Neonatal BM <2.6 => Intervention
cf Poor neurodevelopment
=> IV dextrose
Can use IM glucagon as adjunct if unresponsive
Kids in the UK are very rarely >10% dehydrated
>15% => Unconscious
Can't feel femorals => Coarctation
=> Prostaglandins to keep duct open
Periventricular leucomalacia => Spastic diplegia type cerebral palsy
